Sreekanteswaram Mahadeva Temple is an ancient Shiva temple situated inThiruvananthapuram, in the Indian state of KeralaPazhaya Sreekanteswaram Temple is the original abode of the Lord
Lord Shiva is the temple's Presiding Deity. Although his consort Sree Parvatihas no idol, she is ever-present in the Sanctum. A Sanctum for Lord Sastha is within the Chuttambalam. Lord Ganapati, the serpent gods and Lord Krishnadwell outside the Chuttambalam. Many devotees argue that the idol worshipped as Bhootathan is actually a Yakshi. Lord Hanuman and LordMurugan, both carved on pillars near the flagmast, receive worship. All the deities face east.
Adjacent to the shrine of Ganapati stands an idol of Goddess Parashakti who was worshiped in a nearby Kalari. In the Kalari she was worshipped with 'makaara panchakam' in the Shakteya Sampradaya. Mritunjaya Homam, Mrityunjaya archana, Jaladhara, Pinvilakku and Kuvala mala samarpanam are the most popular offerings made to Lord Shiva.

Shatrughna Swamy Temple is located in Payammal in Thrissur District of Kerala. This is one of the few temples in India that is dedicated to Lord Shatrughna, youngest brother of Lord Rama in the Hindu epic Ramayana. The Shatrughna Temple is the fourth temple which devotees visit when they embark on theNalambalam (Four Temples) yatra or visit. Visiting Nalambalam is considered to be a sacred event during the Malayalam month of Karkidakam.

The Tali Temple situated in the heart of the Kozhikode Town, about one kilometer east of the Railway Station and a treasure house of historical memorable is under the Trusteeship of the Zamorin of Calicut.

The founding and prosperity of Kozhikode town is closely linked with the sanctity of this ancient temple. The Jyothirlingam in the sanctum – Sanctorum of the Temple was installed towards the end of Dwaparayuga by Sri. Parasurama, who was responsible for the creation of Kerala, by retrieving the land from the sea by throwing his powerful axe from the top of Sahyadri, The posture in the sanctum-sanctorum is that of Umamaheswara. Though this divine power existed from time immemorial, the attention of the citizens of Kozhikode was (bestowed on the temple) only by about 1500 years ago. It reached its zenith during the rule of the Zamorins, who had the prestigious title Sailabdheswara (The lord of the mountain and the sea).

Sree Subrahmanya Swami Temple of Payyanur  is believed to be constructed by Lord Parasurama, the incarnation of Lord Vishnu.  There are references in Hindu Puranas about this temple and the temple town Payyanur. In Brahmanda Purana the temple and its town is being mentioned while Muni Garga explains about Kerala to the Pandavas during their exile (vanavasa).
Subrahmanya Swami Temple is closely related with the Payyanur.  Even the name of the town is originated due to the existence of the temple.  This temple was destroyed two times. Once due to a fire and then during the attack of Tipu Sultan of Mysore The temple was reconstructed in the present form in Malayalam era 967 (AD 1792)

Madhur Ganapathi Temple, Madhur.Kasaragod

Madhur temple was originally Madhanentheswara (Shiva) Temple and as the lore goes, an old so called "low caste" lady "Madaru" discovered an "Udbhava Murthy" (a statue that was not made by a human) of shiva linga. The Ganapathy statue was drawn by a priest's son, a small Brahmin boy, on the walls of theGarbhagriha(sanctum sanctorum) while playing. Day by day it became big and fat; so that the boy called Ganapathi as "boddajja" or "bodda ganesha". The legend of Kumble seme says Tipu Sultan wanted to demolish the temple like Adooru Mahalingeswara temple during his invasion of CoorgTulunadu, and Malabar. But after drinking water from the well of the temple, he changed his mind on attacking and demolishing the Garbhagudi and marched towards Malabar. But to satisfy his soldiers and Islamic scholars he made a cut with his sword symbolising the attack. The mark is still visible on the building that is built around the temple well.[1] The temple architecture is of 3-tiered gajaprishta type resembling the back of an elephant. One can also find beautiful wooden carvings depicting scenes from the Ramayana.The vast spacious gopurams give good ambiance for the devotees to relax and enjoy the Ganapathi`s presence.

Annapoorneshwari Temple is a famous Parvati temple situated in Kannur, Kerala. The deity is worshipped as Annapurneshwari- The mother who vanquishes hunger.
At this temple, Lord Krishna is co-located with Goddess Sree Annapoorneswari. It is believed that Sree Annapoorneswari has visited the shrine which was under the sea, centuries ago
The temple is a Krishna shrine, the installation of the Annapoorneshwari shrine was done by was built by Avittam thirunalRaja Raja Varma of Chirakkal Kovilakam.

The local folklore says Annapoorneshwari Devi came from Kashi with two other Devis' (Sree Chamundeswari amma (Kalarivathukkal Bhagavathy) and Tiruvarkadu Bhagavathy) and a boatman in a golden ship, got down at Azhi Theeram which is now known as Aazhiteeramthangi(Simply known "Ayiramthengu"). Amma asked the boat man to stay back, so that he could take her back to Kashi when she wanted, due to which the boat man stayed back and built a mosque which is now famous as the Olliangera Juma Masjid.[2] Famous vedic scholar Karakkad Krishnan Namboodiri(known as vedavith) was a devotee of Annapoorneshwari devi

Vilwadrinatha Temple is a Hindu Temple located in ThiruvilwamalaThrissur district of Kerala Lord Rama, the seventh avatar of Lord Vishnu, and his brother Lord Lakshmana are the main deities of this temple. This is one of the four major temples in Kerala dedicated to Lord Rama, the other three beingThriprayarKadavallur and Thiruvangad temples, and also one of the rarest temples in India itself which houses Lord Lakshmana. The temple is situated on the middle of Thiruvilwamala village, on the top of a hill 100 ft above the sea level. Bharathappuzha, the second largest river in Kerala, flows through the northern side around 3 km away from the temple, and as the temple is situated on the top of a hill, the river can be clearly seen from the temple.
